The last few weeks, Charles and I have been attending The Truth Project, a video Bible Study each week at the Chapel on base. Originally, I went alone while Charles stayed at home with the kids, however, that lasted one week, and he decided to attend with me and the kids get to do the Vacation Bible School program that goes on at the same time.. The night starts with a dinner in the Annex, then Charles and I head to the chapel while the kids head to the classroom. Most nights, the adults head back to the annex to discuss the materials we learned in the video and enjoy coffee and deserts together but last week, they had an Ice Cream Social for adults and kids. The kids got to show off their lizard projects that they made and we enjoyed a choice of vanilla, chocolate or Strawberry ice cream.
